Walking day

On this program I will lift weights, do tabata and calisthenics three days of the week. I will walk and do leg exercises two days a week. On Mondays I will post health related numbers such as weight, blood pressure and average blood glucose.
  I have diabetes and am trying to control my disease with diet and exercise. I will use this blog to track my health and make changes accordingly.
  Miles walked today = 3
  Stair steps = 150 each leg.

first week back

I am calling this the first week back because I was on track then for various reason fell off.

   Blood Pressure 156/95
   Blood glucose post prandial 125

Major fail

Today was the day I was going to start this fitness blog. An attack of gout in my knee has postponed this. We will see what happens tomorrow.

A change in this blog

The reason for the change of the focus of this blog was that I needed a way to track my diabetes, weight and exercise. Starting on Monday of next week all the items mentioned above and what my personal thoughts regarding these will be posted. I will update these numbers weekly.
